Our Pilates programs are suitable for everyone, regardless of age, strength or fitness level, or even if you require rehabilitation from an injury or medical condition.We design our programs to maximise your abdominal (core) strength and increasing flexibility in the rest of the body.After your first class you will feel increased core strength, increased flexibility, which can also assist in greater weight loss.Our mat based- floor Pilates is a non impact style exercise class which incorporates the use of dumb-bells, fit ball and bolsters.
