That is why we have developed our unique program with it’s simple system, to allow the instructors the freedom to adjust the activities so that they are perfect for You!
Live Life PT is a program suitable for anyone with a current strength & fitness level &/or for anyone with injuries in need of rehabilitation.
The activities are designed to accommodate for any individual with any strength & fitness goal. All of the activities are tailored to your specific needs to ease you back into exercise and assist in slowly regaining strength and flexibility in injured areas, if necessary. This program is also great for people who have not exercised for some time and want to slowly get back into it.
Participants train outdoors in challenging terrain, completing both individual exercises and group activities.
Some of the outcomes of the program include: • Regain of strength and mobility in injury prone area/s • Regain strength and fitness due to lack of training whilst injured • Muscular strength & speed • Muscle tone • Muscular endurance • Cardio-vascular endurance
